WagerNotebook (“we”, “us”) operates this website as an independent comparison of UK online casinos. We keep data collection deliberately small. This page explains what we collect and why, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Anonymous analytics. Pages viewed, approximate region and device type, used to understand which content is useful.
• Affiliate click data. The fact that an outbound link to a partner casino was clicked, so commissions can be attributed.
• Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, the name, email and content you supply, used only to reply.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not run a marketing email list.
• We do not handle gambling accounts, deposits, withdrawals or KYC documents.

We use a small number of cookies, described in the Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To exercise these rights, please use our contact form.

Retention

Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months. Contact-form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and then deleted.
